What it does

Questions

Does resizing lower the quality?

Making a photo smaller keeps it sharp. Making it bigger adds blur; use Upscale for that.

What size is a passport photo?

35 × 45 mm, which is 413 × 531 pixels at 300 dpi.

Can I resize many photos to the same size?

Yes. Drop them all; each is cropped to the same shape.
