What it does

Change speed plays a video or a recording faster or slower, from a quarter to four times. Voices keep their pitch. It runs in your browser, so the file never uploads.

Questions

Does the pitch change?

Not with “Keep the pitch” on. Turn it off for the tape effect: faster is higher, slower is lower.

Is there a limit?

Speed goes from 0.25x to 4x. Above 60 frames a second, extra video frames are dropped.

Is the file uploaded?

No. It is processed in your browser.
